Parent: MarketDetails
MarketDetailsUsaStocks is a specialized MarketDetails class that represents the US stock market. It defines the standard US stock market trading hours, Eastern time zone, weekday trading schedule, holiday calendar, benchmark symbol, and other market-specific information.
Creates and initializes the built-in US Stocks market. The market uses regular trading hours of 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time, trades on weekdays, uses the USA Holiday Set, and uses SPY as its benchmark symbol.
Returns true if the current market time is within the window during which a Market-on-Open (MOO) order can be submitted for a US stock. The method first verifies that the current date is a trading day. On a trading day, it returns true before 9:00 AM Eastern Time, and from 9:00 AM through 9:27 AM. It returns false beginning at 9:28 AM. The symbol parameter identifies the symbol for which the MOO window is being checked.
