I like the new ChartDisplaySettings introduced in Build 14.
It covers pretty much everything I requested at:

But I cannot find an equivalent to WL6's EnableTradeNotes.
Also I'm wondering if you forgot to add this one. (e.g. AlwaysShowDrawingToolbar)

As with all requests, first it has to get some following before it's worked on. Currently it has zero votes.

I see you keep lobbying this method but maybe it makes sense to start a feature request.
Those would require separate feature requests. And, I don’t think we would introduce a coding method to hide a toolbar shared amongst all chart windows. It would need to get handled another way.
