WLP 6.1 crashed at the start. After I systematically removed folders in Data, the culprit was YahooStaticProvider folder.

examples:
1. remove YahooStaticProvider folder - WLP start normally and an empty folder is created.
2. download yahoo symbols, WLP works. but WLP fails to start after being closed until YahooStaticProvider folder is removed.


***I need to update my examples since i actually did not appear to use Yahoo Static Provider after I removed YahooStaticProvider.
This is the correct sequence of events:
1. WLP won't start (see image above)
2. remove YahooStaticProvider folder - WLP start normally and an empty YahooStaticProvider folder is created.
3. download MSN symbols, run strats, etc. WLP works while it is open. but WLP fails to start after being closed until YahooStaticProvider folder is removed.

I tried to recapitulate downloading MSN symbols and Crash. What I see is that if I create a new MSN dataset and download some data, YahooStaticProvider is no longer empty and there is a file YahooClientSettings there.

WLP did not crash this time after restart.

Creating YahooClientSettings.xml from scratch after removing the folder is expected. Wealth-Lab scans the installed providers and that might act as a trigger.

It's hard to name the culprit when the data folder is absent but chances are, the XML config file got damaged for some reason like OS crashing before. Or some .WL data file from that folder got broken but it's far less likely.
