hi I downloaded the new version of wealth lab (before removing the old one). Appreciated the new code highlighting design in the form of visual studio. Then I opened my old strategies and saw that the builds on the indicators (example "using Community.Indicators") I announce at the beginning are highlighted in red (and a warning "The type of the namespace name "Community" could not be found) and the indicators from these libraries are also highlighted in red with the same warning.
I have Community indicators and Task indicators installed, despite these errors, the code is compiled and run. What could be the problem?

Anticipating potential questions about LINQ queries broken and/or 'System.Runtime cannot be found' error, here's a workaround:

WLP 6.9.20.7: New Editor has compiler error with LINQ methods

Surprisingly, the fix which was included in WLPro 6.9.21 is missing from WLDev 6.9.22 :(

Message #3. Yes, thank you I saw it in one of the last topics
Concerning display of the correct code I will try, simply faced it only in the new version of wealth lab. Thanks for the response

That's right, 'red squiggles' is a relatively new bug introduced with the switch to the new Alternet editor.

The red squiggles are present in the WL"Pro" 6.9.22.7 version too. It's not just the Dev version that has them. But everything still compiles okay--fortunately.

Yes, we found the same. A disappointing regression of the bug.

Hi,
it's not just cosmetic. Try the leading bars solution from the user guide and you'll get the error CS0234: . Compilation aborts.

Hi Dieter,

It is purely cosmetic but your issue is different. The example works provided that C.Components is installed. I can imagine why you're getting this error CS0234: for some reason, the extension is installed incorrectly or got uninstalled during WLD version upgrade. To fix it for good please reinstall C.Components from our website and restart WLD.

Merry Christmas to you too.
