Plotting OHLC in a separate pane for GetExternalSymbol

How do you plot an OHLC chart in its own pane? There is an item in Community Indicators called "ExternalSymbol" where the documentation says "This indicator is not designed for use in scripts, because this has been a standard WealthScript feature for years."

How is this done?
