Is there a way to have multiple folders of Index-Lab symbols? The need comes when I only want to update partial data while the market. Updating updating everything is way to slow.

This is not supported b/c multiple folders would be an unnecessary complication.
As already suggested in the duplicate topic, delete individual IL symbol file while WL is running and reopen the chart to regenerate it. Simple as that. Doing otherwise will confuse Index Manager.
