I had wealth-lab a few years back. I have not been on it since 2009. I recently downloaded the 6.0 and opened it to look at 5 min data for SPY. I went through all the update using Fidelity data. Now, I have historical data since 2004 to now EXCEPT data is missing after 2009 and reappear in 2010.

What does wealth-lab come with nowadays ? only 1 year of intra day or I just don't know how to refresh data ?

Right click the SPY chart, select Reload Chart History.

I did a reload on my 5mins chart and it removes all the history I have before 2010. My 1min, 30 min still works (except missing data from 2009 to 2010). It sounds like I should be able to get data from 2004 to now, is that right ? If so, I will dig around and see what I can do to fix that. If by design we can only get 1 year intraday then I need to ask you what intraday provider do most people use ?

The Fidelity Provider has intraday back to April 2004. If it's not coming in for specific symbol(s), then it's probably a temporary server problem. If it persists, call Fidelity support for Fidelity data issues.

Call Fidelity Wealth-Lab Support (Active Trader Services) at +1-800-823-0175.

To anyone else having trouble searching Fidelity website: on top of any page of their website there's a link that reads "Customer service", click it and choose "Phone numbers". Bingo!
