But a better support strategy might be to give enough clues. Here's a place to start:

Strategy editor does not function

If this doesn't apply then let's collect some evidence:

1. Is this a compiled strategy from DLL? No Editor for them. If not,

2. Has it thrown a runtime error and crashed? Are you able to load up other strategy windows correctly and it's just this one missing the Editor? If yes,

3. What is specific about this Strategy - like running from mapped network drive etc.?

The more detail the better. Thanks.
