Fidelity Fundamental Data (like sales) return 0

I posted this inadvertently under WL4, but I'm having the issue will WL6.1. I cannot retrieve the General fundamental data like sales, and financial ratios. They all come back "0" both from the script and if I drag and drop them to a chart. I have checked all of the fundamental Data Provider boxes and even all the Historical Data Provider boxes. What am not doing?

After checking the boxes, did you perform a Fidelity Provider Update?
Does the Update log show that Fundamental data were updated?

Cone, I'm not sure what I did differently, but they are coming through now.

Another quesiton. I dragged and cropped a couple of fundamental indicators onto the chart. They are not generated in the code. How can I get these drag and drop panes (windows?) off of the chart?

After dropping a fundamental item, you need to click the Function toolbar's rightmost button ("Push all Indicators...")
