Can't login to Fidelity

I get a Login Failure when I try to log in to Fidelity from Wealthlab. But I can log into their web site just fine.

We are not Fidelity: this is a third party site that supports Wealth-Lab products. Please report Fidelity data problems and order/login issues directly into Fidelity phone support. Thanks.
