1. I have never understood why WL *deactivates* a Strategy Monitor program once you "Run Now" (as it did in WL6). It's easy to forget to *reactivate* it, and seems to me unnecessary. Can you please share the thinking behind this behavior?

2. A red alarm clock (I think that's what is is) appears in the left margin of the SM for one of my programs. Can't find any docs on what it means or how to remove it.

1. The thinking is that if someone clicks Run Now, then they want to run the Strategy and then have time to examine the results, without having the Strategy then run again unexpectedly and interruptiung their examination.

2. The red alarm indicated that one or more Signals were generated during the most recent Run.

Maybe some kind of warning or automatic reset of Activate after a period of time?

Mmm i don’t think an automatic activate after some delay is a good idea. And, do you really think a warning is necessary? I mean, you could see that it deactivated right?

Easy to miss / forget. I think it is more risky that a strategy does not run at the next appointed time and you don't realize it, so you miss trades.

I'm speaking from experience.

You're welcome to submit a #FeatureRequest for this enhancement, and it'll get implemented in due course.

Please explain the process to create a feature request once again. I thought you wrote previously (in another post) that I can't do it myself; you would have to do it.

You can do it yourself. Just create a new topic, but before submitting it just depress the little button labeled #FeatureRequest. You’ll find it along with a few other optional tags.
