Wealthlab is stuck on the checking license step. I have confirmed that my license is valid. Perhaps a corrupted license file?How can I get past this step. I just installed B169Lite

I don't see a problem in the database, but deleted one record that wasn't required. Is it still a problem. What's the last startup message you see?
I tried again. Ill post the photo here. Is there a log file or something I can look at for further detail?
It seems like WL8 is for some reason having a hard time determining your hardware fingerprint for the licensing. Are you running in a VPN or other environment? Not that that should be a problem, just trying to learn any possible clues.
I can't tell what the problem could be. Are you using a new machine?

I wiped the data ... uninstalled. Reinstalled Lite version ... and its working
