I am trying to get data for VIX, VIX9D, VIX3M, VIX6M and VIX1Y. I receive a NaN for each of them. I see all of them when I use ToS. What is my problem?

The published TD API that we connect to is not the same as the private API that TOS connects to. That said, this is not a new issue. It appears to happen at least on a semi-regular basis, but there's nothing we can do at our end as we're making the correct call for VIX.

...and another indication that since people do not search the forum we need an auto-suggestion box displayed for keywords they type in (e.g. VIX) prior to finish a topic's creation.
