Hello Guys,

I recently came to the idea to start simtrade Emini or better at first Micro S&P500 futures on intraday basis, and I am planning to subscribe to WL8 monthly. That's why my question, is there maybe a possibility to watch S&P500 future intraday and give daytrading orders on simulated way with WL8 or WL7 for it ? What is the cheapest reliable solution for it.

I am a former WL6 user.

You can do that with Interactive Brokers for no charge, more or less. You'd need the basic quote bundle for $10/month, but that fee is waived if you generate $30 worth of commissions, which you can find here -

I haven't paper traded futures with IB, but you could always use the dummy broker if you just wanted to simulate it in real time.

Hi Cone,

But I think I have to fund a deposit (USD 25,000 daytrade account) to be able to use the IB's paper trader daytrading ES (or MES) ? Am I right ?

Trading MES would have far less margin requirements. But it's certainly possible you'd need 25K as a pattern daytrader. I don't know of a cheaper way.
