Anyone can help with this #3 I would greatly appreciate it. I was adding ROC but not sure I was getting largest drop in last 10 .

1) Closed at a 20-day low.
2) Closed above the 200ma.
3) Today was the sharpest 1-day drop in the last 10 days.
Buy tomorrow at a limit price equal to today’s close if the above criteria is met.

Yes, you could use something like 1-day ROC at new N bar high low:
Since you're looking for a drop, it should "at New Low".
