Here's some info on the effect on HON shares:

We'll have to see how it turns out on Monday, but it sounds to me like if you owned 100 shares of HON before the distribution, you'll get 50 HONA. With the distribution and reverse split, etc., I'm a bit confused on how many shares of HON you'd end up with and at what price. Let's see what happens Monday.

Wealth-Data adjustment for HON (formerly Honeywell International, now Honeywell Technologies)
I've gone back, forth, and sideways on this one, so to get the latest change, please right click a HON chart and Reload Chart Data from Provider (check that the source is Wealth-Data).
The HON spinoff of HONA involved a 1:2 reverse split and then a distribution of an equal number shares of HONA priced at 221.01. The only way I see that this works out to the same share value on 2026-06-26 is as follows:
HON non-adjusted (actual) close on 2026-06-26: $232.21
HON 1:2 reverse split value: 464.42
HONA distribution: 221.01 (2026-06-26 close)
Adjusted close on 2026-06-26: 464.42 - 221.01 = 243.41
The result is an adjustment factor (price multiplier) of 1.0482322 for the HON chart, pre-ex.
