How soon can I expect the Norgate extension for WL9? I can't use it without Norgate.

You should ask Norgate, we don't have any control over that. I have been in touch with Richard Dale from Norgate on Discord and they're aware that they need to create a new extension targeting WL9.
Here is the answer from Norgate, received yesterday:
