Order error with message saying object reference not set to an instance of an object. I have checked the position size and I have tried to place the trade manually and with an algorithm but no luck. I have also tried using the strategy manager as well as the order manager but that did not work. I tried to place a trade at the actual exchange and that worked. I am open to suggestions. Thank you.

Can you copy the error message from the log viewer (Tools menu) for us to have minimal details to work with? What broker provider is this, what symbols etc. etc.? Is this reproducible?

I am trying to trade ETH/USD at Kraken. Also, the manual entry at WL will not accept any qty. below 0.01 so far. If I try to enter a trade amount of 0.005 it jumps back to 0.01. The minimum trade amount for ETH/USD is 0.004.

Also, there is a disclaimer for ecp eligibility. Can I assume that WL is a valid broker for this designation or should I deny ecp eligibility? This is for US traders.

Good point. This will be fixed in build 16.

Wealth-Lab isn't a broker. ECP refers to your eligibility to trade certain contracts.

Oh, I also tried placing an order at WL with the 0.01 qty. and got the same message as above.

Maybe it's a language barrier (not everyone are native English speakers - not even 60% of our company!) but let's be clear, you're not placing an "order at WL", you're placing an order at Kraken using WL.

What strikes the eye is that the ETH/USD symbol looks invalid at Kraken? It's ETH-USD as far as I see:
https://trade.kraken.com/charts/KRAKEN:ETH-USD
Not sure if the broker provider does some symbol mapping here or not.

I think the symbol should be entered as ETHUSD, nonetheless, it doesn't appear in the list of tradeable pairs that Kraken is sending through the API.

If you scroll down to ETH, you'll find ETHUSDC (C = cash?) and ETHUSDT (T= tether?).
