I've created a new dataset with Data Provider Interactive Brokers and added one symbol for the S&P500 Future "ESM1". When I click on the symbol to open the chart I get the error message "Could not obtain historical data for symbol:ESM1".
In the log file I get see the error: 504:Not connected.
Any idea, how to fix?

Just to make certain, have you set up the IB provider and enabled API in TWS?

Please follow the guidance for connecting and requesting data in the Interactive Brokers section of the Help Guide (F1).
