Some brokers exclude certain stocks for short trading. Is there a possibility in WL8 to exclude several stocks (approx.120 out of 800) from a portfolio for short trading in a long/short strategy and to trade them only long, for example by a symbol check?

Sure, the Symbol Filter condition would work fine for that.
But it's too bad we don't have a checkbox to make a "If Symbol is NOT", then you'd be able to use the list of 120 to skip from shorting. As it stands now, you'll have to include the 680 symbols to ignore the other 120.
