That looks like what I was asking for. Unlike when I was developing SW using MS Visual Studio, I am "retired". As a result I need to utilize "free" tools. Is VS the easiest free solution to utilize?

Easiest? I don't know since I've never anything other than VS for modern programming, but I suspect it will more than serve your needs.
