It would be nice if order descriptions either
a) carried over the condition(s) description attached to them or
b) could attach a unique name to them instead of "Sell At Market (1)"

a) I doubt about carrying over the condition description being a good idea because of the excessive length of resulting strings.

b) These "Buy At Market (1)", "(2)" etc. strings are in fact unique, the numeric part relates to the Group name of an entry order (in case of multiple entries). Exit signals are human readable (e.g. "Sell at 10% profit target"). Entry/exit signal names are easily identifiable.

How about having an optional field attached to the order where one can put a custom description? It would just make it easier on ones brain when trying to figure out which entry or exit triggered.

What you're proposing has already been discarded before but we've arrived at what there is now. Adding custom fields would overload the design surface with unncessary elements for everyone. We should be careful making such changes.

How about clicking 'Open code in new C# strategy window' and customizing your entries/exits the way you like?

No problem. It's not a functionality thing. More of a nice to have.
