I found that the parameter settings in the Billions College Conditions Block cannot take effect.
The displayed setting values do not change, and when I click "open as C# Strategy," I also observe the default parameters.
I am using WL9 Build 3. I tried deleting the dll file, and it still appears after reinstallation.
There is no problem on WL8.
