Where are results stored, and can a user opt not to have them displayed to other users?

Wealth-Lab 7 runs on your hardware (physical or virtualized). No other user or Wealth-Lab.com admin can have access to your Strategies, signals and backtests.
They are stored on your computer's User Data folder, you can open it up from the WL7 File menu.
