I found that Yahoo is missing data form many stocks in Sept. How do I work around this?
Rename
First, I say use a different provider. But if you're stuck on Yahoo!, then see the Help guide for Data Manager > DataSets Tab > Data Truncation Tool.
Truncate the data after August 2021 and update, for example. Alternatively, use the "nuclear option" by right clicking on Yahoo! and Delete Local Files to allow a refresh of all your data.

Can you be specifc about:
What those many stocks are (symbols)?
For how long (how many bars) is the data missing?
