At home I use multiple monitors, but while traveling I just use my laptop. This causes some dialogs to try to show on a second screen while I don't see them.
for example, bring Quotes Window or drop an indicator with parameters, there is no way to fill the dialog up since you don't see it.

Rename
If you're using the same Workspace and/or User Data folder, then that's going to be problem. Which one is it?
The solution is easy not to use the same Workspace - you can create different Workspaces for each configuration.
