That's really old build of 6.9.24 (from 2020?). You should get rid of it because it will not work anymore. Here's how to fix it:

tried to download the right version, but failed to login.


since I am in China, google has been blocked, previous email address can't be used anymore. I have to change my email address, but it failed as below.

Thanks for your help! Installation is completed, but there is a question for anual maintenance fee. I want to extend wl6 service which payment option should I choose? Annual Plan or Premium Anual Plan?

BTW, last anual payment did not go through since the payment gate was blocked in China, you sent me a direct payment link. This year, do I need to get the direct payment link again?

The Annual and Premium plans are for Wealth-Lab Version 8 but also entitle you to continue using WL6 while your Version 8 subscription is active.

For ONLY the 6.9 maintenance fee, make sure to install the latest build of 6.9 from https://wl6.wealth-lab.com and follow the link in the authentication dialog.

To renew WL6 maintenance without subscribing to WL8 you should click the Buy Now link in the WL6 Auth Wizard. You should be able to use a VPN to unblock the payment gate Stripe in China.

By the way, the custom link I passed you on in the last ticket is still working. You can use it with a VPN.

Two more questions, Wealth-Lab 8 & 6.9, can they both simultaneously run on win7? My subscription this year ends on July 7, new subscription expires on May 5, could you please correct it?

Done but please note that this is not an error. By design, legacy WL6 subscription normally cannot run past the expiration date of WL8 subscription. To avoid this happening again in the future it may make sense to not renew months ahead.
