seem to fill the orders that were generated from my strategies.
Hi I was watching the Paper Trading Accounts this morning, and the trade alerts for shorts that my strategy generated don't seem to appear in the positions tab in the paper trading account. Why aren't the orders being filled?

There's not enough information to answer the question.
Could be that you're not looking at the Positions for the account that traded?
Also, I believe the User Guide has a note about the possibility of stop/limit orders failing when price just touches and retreats... the polling mechanism for Paper Trading are not likely capture those events.
