Finam data provider does not download data (April 2018)

Hello!
I updated data from finam data provider. Usually there are "X bars added" shows up, where X > 0. But today there are zeros. Every symbol. File attached.
Can you help with that please?

Hello,

We cannot help as this is not our data provider's issue. Their web server returns Error 403 on random requests. If the issue persists tomorrow, let me suggest you contact Finam directly via their website forum dedicated to their "data export" service:

Knowing the URL is not a use case and we will not make the details of our implementation public.

This issue has started today following the turbulence of Russian markets so I guess that dust may settle soon.

It appears that Finam has suddenly improved their bot detection. This is the culprit behind "0 bars added". What they've done may be a temporary decision to decrease load on their server during the turbulent market.

It's pretty evident what to do to work around it but I'll take a short break to see if their change is only for a time or is here to stay. If the latter is true I'd issue a hotfix.

Dmitriy, good news: the issue has been fixed. Please update the extension and restart WLD.

* Finam provider: fixed "0 bars added" on data update (due to improved bot detection).

Note! Data updates will have to become quite slower due to an extra delay to avoid the new protection

hi, guys! the issue still exists. i checked SBER and MOEX tickers. last date of SBER is 31.12.2018, MOEX about 31.04.2014... will it ever work?

This thread dealt with a specific issue when a now outdated provider version returned "0 bars added" on data update. The issue does NOT exist as it has been fixed two months ago. I can ascertain that the provider correctly downloads the data in different bar scales for different instruments. If your data update log does not contain a "0 bars added" for each symbol being updated (of which I'm sure) then you're better off re-posting in a more suitable thread concerning Finam provider (or simply starting a new one) with more details. Thanks.

Finam Data Provider works well, but... ) it does not download some symbols. See attachment.

Any ideas why? :(

I calles Finam support, they say, that they don't support this provider :((

April 2018 is long gone, that issue has been fixed but you're raising this topic for what clearly is a different, totally unrelated issue. :/ As you can see in the online user guide > Usage notes, those futures symbols have always been a problem. Please follow suggestion in the Wiki. Unfortunately, this is a limitation we have to live with.

P.S. Finam has never supported this provider nor participated in its creation. It's purely unofficial.

Just to make sure it works I've created an EOD DataSet with just those MOEX Futures symbols and here they are:

I don't have those symbols in other DataSets (MOEX Stocks) so no problem. But it's Daily data; I haven't tried out intraday. As long as your provider version is >= 2018.08 it should do its best to grab the intraday data completely.
