I am not able to update 1-minute datasets in Data Manager. This is happening on two different computers. Here are the details of the problem:

Computer no1: Windows XP, WLP 6.2.46
Data Manager keeps re-requesting data for the symbols in the datasets with no success
From Data Manager Data Update Log:
Updating Provider Fidelity Investments ...
Updating 1 Minute data ...
Requesting updates for AA,AAPL,ABT,ABX,ACAS,ACI,ACN,ADBE,ADI,AEO
Error requesting data for AA,AAPL,ABT,ABX,ACAS,ACI,ACN,ADBE,ADI,AEO
Re-requesting updates for AA,AAPL,ABT,ABX,ACAS,ACI,ACN,ADBE,ADI,AEO

From WLP log file under .../Data/Logs directory:
2012-02-18 12:35:59,015 [13] ERROR WealthLab.DataProviders.FidelityStaticProvider [(null)] - Web Error : ProtocolError
System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.
at WealthLab.DataProviders.Common.RoadRunner.RequestHistoricalDataMulti(String[] symbols)
at WealthLab.DataProviders.FidelityStaticProvider.UpdateDataSource(DataSource ds, IDataUpdateMessage dataUpdateMsg)

Comupter no2: Windows 7, WLP 6.1
Again, here it is unable to update. The program shows the update completed massage without really updating the symbols.
From Data Manager Data Update Log:
Updating Provider Fidelity Investments ...
Updating 1 Minute data ...
Requesting updates for AA,AAPL,ABT,ABX,ACAS,ACI,ACN,ADBE,ADI,AEO
Update completed (1 min 0.470 sec)

1 - I should mention that this problem does not happen when updating daily datasets on either computers. It seems there is a connection issue with Fidelity servers when it comes to downloading high volume data.
2 - It's the first time I'm having this problem and both computers were working smoothly before.

According to Wikipedia, (500) Internal Server Error is a generic error message, given when no more specific message is suitable.

Have you already contacted Fidelity?

FAQ: Fidelity Data problems

As you might know, we can not help with Fidelity data problems and order/login issues. Please report them directly into Fidelity phone support.

I contacted Fidelity and they said they know there are problems with the data which apparently go back to last December when they changed their data vendor. According to Fidelity they would be fixed in the upcoming patch (WLP 6.3, as they said). Any idea if this is true? Thanks

There were changes (whatever they were) that clients like Wealth-Lab Pro have to react to. So sure, that's done for 6.3. (They're not lying.)
