How can I find out when my current wealthlab licence expires and what is the extention proccess?

Wealth-Lab Developer will notify you one week prior to expiration and prompt to renew your maintenance period by visiting a special purchase link. You can pay for one or more years upfront.

Eugene, I did authenticate with my key and the expiration date is 19th Jan 2012. This is less than one week and I have not received any notification within the past month or so. This is no problem for me now (since I know what my licence expiration date is) but I thought it might be of some value to you if there is some sort of "bug" in the notification proccess.

Registered users are required to authenticate once every 30 days using their Activation Key. When nearing the 30-day limit, reminders to authenticate will appear. Do you mean you have no prompt if you close and reopen WLD?

I did have a prompt to authenticate. But i had no promt that my licence expires within one week.

We neither send out notifications nor bug our users otherwise, so this authentication prompt is the reminder. The maintenance period deadline was displayed in this dialog, as well as there starts to appear a "Renew maintenance" link. Following it allows to prolong your maintenance period.
