I am having problems with the streaming feed on the charts. can anyone help?

This is just a guess, but if this is the first time you've cracked open Wealth-Lab Pro, make sure that you do not use "All Data" in the Data Loading Control for a streaming chart - especially for a chart that you do not have local data for! Select a reasonable amount of data, like 1 month, or 5000 bars, etc.

However, for your intraday DataSets, you should build your local data histories by performing a Fidelity Data Update in the Data Manager. Do this overnight. Keep in mind that it can take up to 5 minutes or more to download all the 1-Minute data for a single symbol (goes back to about April 2004).
