Is there anyway to change the default save location for stratgies in Wealthlab Pro 5.3? I would like to save through a network to a central location for backup purposes rather than having all strategies saved locally.

It's not an option currently, but as a workaround, a simple script in any language can be written for backing up to a network location.

Following on from this query, where are new strategies (.xml) saved? Rather than moving a strategy at a time via notepad I would like to save the applicable folder(s) to another computer (eg between laptop & desktop).

I can't even find where a newly created Strategy Folder is saved. Whilst on this subject, can new subfolders be created?

A question to Eugene's statement above, even if I did write a simple script to backup the files, where are the files of newly created strategies located that I would backup? They are certainly not in the 'Wealth-Lab Developer 5' folder.

By the way I didn't install to the default installation folder in Program Files, I installed directly onto my C drive.

The actual location depends on operating system. See the User Guide > Data > Where data are stored to get there. You might want to enable hidden file/folder visibility in Windows (Folder options). They are saved in a subfolder called Strategies there.
