I do I call the the class library that I created in VS from the exe application

Place the DLL in WLP5 main folder under Program Files to make it visible to the application. Otherwise, you can add a reference to your DLL by clicking on "References..." in the Strategy Editor window. Then you need to permit the use of types in a namespace with the using Directive (C# Reference).
