Strategy Monitor is not providing alerts, despite fact that I know there are trades being triggered (confirmed by going into Chart for individual tickers and current bars have trades triggered). Strategy Monitor set to Daily scale. Alert box empty. This is a custom code strategy.
Any thoughts?

I am using WL 6.3.14.0

I changed the trading loop to (bar + 1) on close. While my strategies now can/do trigger trades on the final closed bar, they do not trigger said alerts in the Strategy Monitor.

So, e.g., if i open a Strategy file and select specific ticker, e.g. Strategy: XYZ - IBM Daily, after the mkt-close, I get an "audible" alert, the chart displays a trade on the last bar, e.g. "short", and when I select the Alert tab on this file it shows the alert as "short IBM ... .

However, these alerts are not picked-up or displayed in the Strategy Monitor. This is obviously a problem because w/out the alerts appearing in Strategy Monitor there is no way I can be "alerted", absent hand-clicking through every ticker, which defeats the purpose.
Any thoughts?
thank you.

Have you reopened the Strategy Monitor after making the changes to the code?

Double-check that the Strategy has identical position sizing, data loading settings and Strategy Parameter values across the Strategy Monitor and in the Strategy window.

If still no go, please right click on its Strategy Monitor item and select "Enable Logging...", then "Run this Strategy now" and copy/paste the log produced by "View the Item Log" when replying.
