When I insert the NextEarning Indicator on the chart, the earning for the shares until October 2022 are shown correctly but then for the year 2023 the period between the earnings is suddenly over 120 days long, how can this be?

Here is an example from IBM:

I activate Zacks and updated the dataset for Zacks, but the same result. Any idea why? Regards Chris

It could be a temporary outage at Zacks, I just pulled up a chart with Zacks and the Next Earnings Date Event Providers enabled and it's returning current info. Maybe Eugene has some ideas?

Agreed. I'd suggest topic starter to clear clear the cached event data. Data Manager > Event providers > highlight Zacks > right click and choose "Delete local files", then repeat update.

FYI: I also just made a change to the Fundamental extension so Morningstar Earnings items will get recognized as such and work for Next Earnings indicator.

First I think I found a workaround:

1. Data Manager/Event Providers/Zacks -> Delete Local Files
2. Intall fundamental Extension new
3. Update Zacks Data

Now it seems to be working BUT see the timing in Mai which can not be correct:

And now I have negative Earnings when I use the Plotstyle HistogramTwoColor, how is this possible?

OK I found now the solution:

1. Delete all local Earning Files from Zacks.
2. Delete the EarningDateCache File in the WL8 root.
3. Update Zacks in Data Manager/Event Provider

Now it works:

Maybe this can help other WL8 users.
