Why-am-I-getting-error-Alpaca-streaming-unauthorized

the streaming testbed tests whichever streaming provider is SELECTED, not checked. The checked provider just specified which one should be the default streaming provider when you open a new window.

I will clean up the language here to clarify that 👍

I cleaned up the language and even removed the check box here because it was just causing more confusion for what little benefit it provided.
