I had to restart my machine and WL wanted me to sign back in. This is the response I got and a failed login. Since I was last here the option for requesting a support ticket apparently is gone. So there is no more direct support for this complicated software anymore ? I would appreciate any help to get me logged back in.

I was able to copy url and download upgrade. Login successful this time. Thanks.

Question re WL7. Says free streaming data on description. does this mean I will no longer need DTN subscription?
