Strategies are translated manually, there is no tool for this.
Wealth-Lab 4 to 7 is a big jump, and WL4 is more like WL6 than WL7. Things have changed and improved a lot, for more control and accuracy for all strategy types. Nonetheless, once you get the hang of it, it's usually not hard to quickly translate strategies.
