The strategy stopped executing at the market closing time and The chart sounds stopped. Strategy monitor says "Failed to get bar". Yahoo does not stream after market hours or premarket data. Which data provider supports to stream data for after-market and pre-market?

Rename
Whatever streaming data provider this may be to satisfy your aftermarket data requirements, uncheck "Filter pre/post" at the bottom of the streaming chart.

The SM's run time is governed by the market's defined hours. Although you cannot change the U.S. market hours directly, you could create a copy of the market in Tools > Markets & Symbols, including the post market hours, and assign that at the bottom of your strategy's Strategy Settings window in the SM.
