Will the option of using Advanced Position Sizer & Percent of Equity in the strategy monitor be activated when we are able to link WL7 with our broker account value?

Probably not. The reason is to protect you from yourself. :) Here's why:
In a Strategy Window Portfolio backtest, you really are trading a Portfolio and sharing Equity and Cash curves for all trades. If you follow the backtest's Transaction.Weights in your trading, the backtest will closely mirror your live account.
In the Strategy Monitor, there is no such thing as a Portfolio backtest. Sure, you still run it on a DataSet, but there is no concept of shared Equity and Cash - every symbol is running an individual backtest with it's own Equity and Cash. It's not modeling a Portfolio backtest.
The idea for the S. Monitor is to generate Signals (Alerts) for today. If you want 10% of equity sizes, you simply determine what that is for your live account and enter that fixed value in the S. Monitor settings for that day. The result over time will be roughly the same as for a Portfolio Backtest.
(In my trading, I change my fixed sizes only occasionally - after the account has gone up or down 5%, approximately. And, I may wait for the account to be flat before changing sizes. Currently, a "Portfolio Sync" doesn't exist, so you have to be careful changing a fixed sizes when you own Positions. Vote for it in the Wish List!

If you use the S. Monitor to group several EOD strategies for trading and want to non-fixed sizing models, consider creating a Workspace with those Strategy Windows instead.

Maybe we will introduce some new Position Sizing options tied to the live account balance, we'll have to brainstorm the best way to handle this.
