Indicator is saved to Strategy on WL6.
This is very useful when you want Strategy to have its own default chart configuration.

Apparently there is no way to do so on WL7?

IMHO mixing dragged and dropped indicators with those plotted in strategy code may be confusing. There's a feature request for new charts to automatically contain a default indicator set. This is a more straightforward way. Please vote for it if you find the idea useful:

Perhaps, this change in WL7 was intentional.

Solution one would be to use Indicator Sets.
So that the Indicator settings can be shared among Strategy.

Solution two would be to use "Push Dropped Indicators to C# Code".
This is essentially the same as saving Indicators to Strategy.

Anyway, I don't like the way this was implemented in code, and therefore this request -
