I'm finding a different issue. In my runs, the margin factor and the basis price configurations are different from the strategy I save in the Strategies folders and the strategy that opens in the Strategy manager. No matter how many times I drag the strategy into the strategy manager, I keep running into the same problem. Here are images that explain what I'm talking about:

Rename
It's not clear to me what problem you described, but those settings in the Strategy Monitor are independent of those saved in the Strategy Window. You can configure them differently in both tools.
Ok, I realized that I can set it manually in the "configuration" section of the Strategy Manager section. It would be better if this were populated from the strategy, but my issue is solved.
