Standard-opt-params-missing-after-export-of-Strategy

During an export of a finished strategy all settings of the standard opt params including the preferred values are lost. Is there a possible reason or workaround for this?

My current solution to the export problem is to open the strategy in C#, save and re-export. Then the import worked correctly.
