Solventum Corp. (NYSE: SOLV) will be added to the S&P 500 effective prior to the open of trading on Monday, April 1, replacing V.F. Corp. (NYSE: VFC). 3M Co. (NYSE: MMM) is spinning off Solventum in a transaction expected to be completed April 1.
GE Vernova Inc. (NYSE: GEV) will be added to the S&P 500 effective prior to the open of trading on Tuesday, April 2, replacing Dentsply Sirona Inc. (NASD: XRAY). General Electric Corp. (NYSE: GE) is spinning off GE Vernova in a transaction expected to be completed April 2. Following the spin-off, General Electric will have a name change to GE Aerospace.
There's about a 6:5 split applied to MMM associated with the SOLV spinoff. The adjustment for the GEV spinoff isn't clear yet.

We just applied a 1.25387 split to GE for the GEV spinoff yesterday.
I had trouble getting the adjusted data (Wealth-Data) by reloading the GE chart, but was able to get the adjustments after updating the Dow 30 from the Data Manager with Preferences > Data > Apply Data Corrections enabled.
