We are looking for automated trading software of an institutional-grade level.
Below are few points that we would like to know about it, please have a look.
1. Features of historical intraday data (1 sec or lower time interval at least for 3 years), if so, what will be its cost, does it included in monthly subscription fees, or need to pay extra?
2. If the above feature is not available, can we connect to a third-party data vendor?
3. Can we integrate our existing broker for getting the live data feed and execution, if it is not included on the wealth Lab’s preferred list?
4. Max number of strategies could be deployed per instance /per license?
5. What kind of support will be available for any issues?
6. Can Wealth-Lab access any deployed/back-tested strategies?
7. Is there any product training for the initial days, if required?
8. Is there any Intuitional Level Edition, if so, how much it cost?
9. Can we deploy low latency level 2 (HFT) strategies?
10. Any customizable services available to make strategy deployment more effective or any other issues?
11. What is the time limitation for a free trial, we are looking for a free trial for two months of intuitional edition?

Historical intraday data at 1 minute or higher time interval is available by connecting to a third-party data vendor like IQFeed. It's not included in subscription. Here's the list of extensions (see data providers):
