Hello, when I transfer the preferred values to the strategy after an optimization run and then reload, this data is suddenly incomplete, although the file size has remained the same.

Here is my procedure in WL8 Build 32:

1. Save after optimization run of the Preffered Values

2. Complete 1:1 backup of WL8 and all subfolders on another computer.

3. calling the same strategy after backup, there are missing entries in the Preferred values:

Are the Preferred values saved outside the folder structure of WL8?

4. Since I also saved the result after the optimization, I tried to reload the file via FILE/OPEN SAVED OPTIMIZATION FILE, which also works, nevertheless the entries in the Preffered Values are missing.

I have also been able to repeat this mistake.

That "Strategy parameters are mismatched" error message looks familiar, I think we can start troubleshooting from here:

Yes I checked this comments, but it did not lead to success. Instead, I found that the copied strategies have the optimization parameters active BUT cannot be displayed in the optimization, how is this possible?

I tried all the steps and cannot reproduce no issue with loading preferred values. Perhaps there's something special about your strategy that may be causing it.

After converting the strategy into C#, I get the right information in the compiler as an error (I like C#). In the strategy, I use the indicator with next earnings, but with the 1:1 WL8 copy, the fundamental extension was not copied, maybe these extension is in a other folder.

Anyway, I install the fundamental extension and now all works fine. Sometimes it is a good idea to convert into C# for more error analysis.

Thank for your help Eugene. We can close this topic.
