do someone know where I can change the Optimization Parameters. I know, it should be in the Editor/Designer tab, but i can't find them. I went through all the tabs.

There is no WL6-like "Edit selected parameter" block. In Wealth-Lab 7 you can change them in the Editor (C# code strategies) or in Design Surface (Building Blocks > Make optimizable). To save new defaults for the strategy, head over to Strategy Parameters (Strategy Settings tab).
