No-appropriate-persmissions-for-IB-extension

I am having difficulty gaining permission to the extension for interative brokers. Here is what I am doing.

1. on line, I am signed in. I go to the upper right hand corner and click on my user name and your purchases. It confirms I purchased version 8. below that it lists a bunch of exentions, one that is for interactive brokers, version 8 and version 7.

2. I click on the version 8. and I get a message saying I dont have the appropriate persmissions.

Please guide me. Why can't i open it.
