I checked this with IBKR and they say it is possible.
Inquiring whether it is possible with WL7?
My WL6 signaling typically exits a put to enter a call.
Is there a requirement to wait for exit to complete before entry to start?
Or can they be issued simultaneously?

I don't know of a reason why WL7 would not allow you to enter 1000 orders for 1000 different contracts simultaneously. (But I don't remember testing more than 20 simultaneous orders.)
So sure, you can enter 2 orders for 2 different contracts - just try it and let us know if there's an issue.
